Privacy policy
This website does not track you, and the studio holds no accounts.

This website
golka.org collects nothing about you.
There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no embedded third-party widgets, and no cookies — not even the “essential” kind, because the site has nothing to remember about you. It is a set of static files served by a web server.
That server keeps ordinary access logs, as essentially every web server does: IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. They exist to keep the site running and secure, are not used to build any profile of you, are not shared with anyone, and are rotated out in the normal course of server maintenance.
The fonts and stylesheet come from assets.golka.org, which is the same
server under a different name. Nothing is fetched from Google Fonts, a CDN, or
any other third party, so no request you make while reading this page reaches
anyone but us.
The apps
Each app has its own privacy policy on its own site, because each app is different and a single shared policy would end up vague enough to be useless.
- HomeTiles — collects no data and makes no network requests at all.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Golka receives only the aggregated sales reports Apple provides to every developer, which contain nothing that identifies you. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
If you write to the support address, that email is kept for as long as it is useful to keep — so a follow-up months later still has context — and it is not used for anything other than replying to you. There is no mailing list, and you will never be added to one.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority. In practice the only personal data the studio is likely to hold is an email conversation you started. Write to the address on the contact section and it will be dealt with.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it, and the change will be described plainly rather than buried.
